I have succumbed to the ubiquitous habit of taking selfies!

I promise that I will not bend too often to this narcissism,

made possible by a  ray of light in an amazing, abandoned building,

quite scary as huge wasps were buzzing angrily overhead.

But, Paula, one (can’t believe I’ve just said “one”!!!) doesn’t succumb to selfies, one (there it is again!!!) rises to them! 😀 Excellent image, mysterious, frightening, and the off-white colour of the wall adds a lot – far better than presenting this in black and white. And had it been taken awhile back, I suppose it would be a shadow of your former self … the groans are welling up from Devon at the moment … A

    • Lol, ‘One’ did groan indeed, ..are you suggesting that this cannot be my present-day silhouet? One would be mistaken and I hereby declare that I ‘shot’ myself , within the last few weeks…one is this slim,this tall and this lanky, with other words, the proverbial matchstick woman! Photos of the actual building to trickle by soonish, my friend.
