Not sure I’m a part of the world any more or, at least, not fulltime. Especially with photography, there’s a lot to be said for solitude.

Yes it can. I can only speak for myself, but there has been an element of finding out whether or not I have the courage for solitude. I am not here talking about total solitude, but more whether or not I am able to be content with only my own company.
