I sell collectibles and art online and often find the things I've found have hilarious and at times, dark stories to tell. It's thrilling for me to be creatively random, so always expect the unexpected in the things I share with you.

Such a true thought and a very evocative image. In the village where I lived for much of my working life, there was one old lady who never left her house, She sat in the front window and watched the world go by and she knew more gossip than most fully mobile villagers!

tilting my head a little left, the man looks a bit smiling, tilting my head a little right, the man looks sad……for sure, you have to be ‘a Rembrandt’ to picture this…brilliant

Wonderful photo and poem, Paula, and sad that this is often true.

Deeply moving image, Paula. This is so true and so often the result of feeling excluded from life.

Wonderful image and wonderfully caught expression; and very, very true thoughts too.

Looks like a Rembrandt! The B&W gives it more expression, Bravo Paula!
