Struggle
So much is an endeavour,
an uphill struggle, suggesting
there could be a downhill equivalent but

that would be a slide! hard work but in a different way.

I sell collectibles and art online and often find the things I've found have hilarious and at times, dark stories to tell. It's thrilling for me to be creatively random, so always expect the unexpected in the things I share with you.

I love this photo!
Our daughter almost died soon after birth in a freak circumstance. Only God could have brought her through almost unscathed. I just reblogged her story. At BloomsandBeautifuls.wordpress.com It is a daily struggle for me to push fear out of the way and Trust in Gods plan.

I am delighted :-). The light tells us about objects.

I love the lines and textures of your photograph. The cropped shot of the biker pushing his bike is very effective. Uphill struggles are felt with every muscle we possess, and we’re more successful tackling them on our feet.

But, indeed. The words and the image are perfect together.

This is a fantastic framing. Love how you only give a hint of the bicycle and its rider (although not riding in this moment). And of course the side light, emphasizing the shadows.

I love the contrast on this and the light on the cobbles. I wonder if the bike pusher makes the return trip? The ideal downhill run when one always wants to say ‘weeeeeeee’ all the way down! At least that’s what me and my friends did when we were young!
