Would anyone be able to sell/loan me a LEGAL and working cd or download of

Adobe CS6, that they are not using anymore?

I would be thrilled.

Now gone back a step, as I refuse to go into the Cloud with Adobe, and re-installed my copy of Photoshop CS5 , not much different from 6 anyway, and with the help of ‘add-on programs from the nik software collection (DXO)..will manage and make do!!

  1. Thank you all for your suggestions and help and I have solved the struggle with Adobe over my ‘fake’ copy of 6 years old CS6 and bought in good faith as upgrade to CS5 . Long story but I was forged to give up 6 and either go into the cloud never will I do that or reinstall 5 …so I have settled to do the latter combined with the help of Nik software. Struggle, struggle..but hey..we managed to do our raw shots in old day and we still manage now.

  2. I assume you want CS6 so that you don’t get caught up in the subscription situation. I’m sorry. I can’t help you. However take a look at Affinity Photo. It’s made by an English company called Serif. It does just about everything that Photoshop does, including raw development, and only cost about 50 bucks. It’s very good, it’s being actively developed, their support is excellent, their online tutorials are very good, and you can’t beat the price. It’s available for both Windows and Mac.

      • For Raw, I recommend DxO PhotoLab Elite. About $150. It handles color, exposure, light and dark balance, etc. very well. And it has the best noise reduction I have ever seen, Period. So, if I were recommending a workflow I would do raw in the DxO and then the rest of your editing in Affinity Photo.
