I sell collectibles and art online and often find the things I've found have hilarious and at times, dark stories to tell. It's thrilling for me to be creatively random, so always expect the unexpected in the things I share with you.

Visual thoughts
I taught myself a little guitar (and I mean a little) when I turned 50. I would say it also fires up the neurons, in addition to healing the soul!

Your photograph breathes and pulsates. Do you play a musical instrument?

Dear Poet, yes, everyday for 2 hours or so I continue to learn to play my two tenor recorders to backing tracks made for me by lovely Ukrainian chap on his super Accordion…an orchestra in a box! I am hoping to be good enough next winter to start playing for oldies in homes and make them happy, that is the aim!!

Two hours a day! That’s impressive, Paula. I hope you’ll share your music when you’re ready! Orchestra in a box. Love that. xo

Love the photo, and love the music. I bought a guitar a few weeks ago and now learning to play it! At my age it is a slow process but the joyt is in the journey.
