Sun, showers, downpours, lovely days, cold,
in the UK we get everything but nothing
too extreme:
Herewith a short series, containing photos taken within a
mile or two from my house; training myself to be content with
what I have and not hunker too much for what I have not!
Which is a life’s work in progress, still not entrenched.

Yes, a really beautiful set of landscapes, and all of them looking very real and believable, rather than digitally overworked. I like them all, but am particularly drawn to “Cloud formations forming in the distance” – its understated, its colours are so muted, that its starting to look like a painting. A
